What is Maryam Nawaz Skilled Youth Program?
For the welfare of such youth, the Punjab government has come up with the “Maryam Nawaz Skilled Youth Program”. This is for those youth who are not very educated but have some skills. They want to go abroad and earn a better livelihood. This scheme is very useful for these people.
This program helps people in Punjab to meet the expenses required before leaving for abroad without any special treatment or discrimination.
This scheme will not only improve the living standard of the people of Punjab. Moreover it will also contribute to the economic and financial development of Pakistan through foreign exchange.
IS it a loan free scheme?
This is an interest free loan provision program for all eligible people of Punjab. It includes medical fees, visa, visa processing, protectorate fees, air tickets, skill verification test and overseas employment program fees.
For this purpose, the Punjab government has introduced the Parwaz card. It is not necessary that if you do not have an invitation for a job abroad, then you cannot apply for this loan.
In the meantime, those of us who have a job and want to go outside the country and earn can apply. Such people who do not have a foreign job invitation can go to the Parwaz portal and register themselves. In future when they receive a job request from a foreign company. They will be able to apply for a loan.
Elegbility:
The candidate must be older then18 and last age for application is 55years. Remember, there are no charges of any kind for applying for the Parwaz scheme. A person who wants to get this card should not have any kind of bank loan or any criminal record.

How to register?
You have opened the portal “parwaz.psdf.org.pk“, in this portal you register yourself as applicant. If you are already registered in it, then you have to log in. But if you are not registered, then you have to click on sign up. Here you have to write your full name, identity card number, mobile phone number.
Remember! That mobile number should be registered in your name. Moreover, that SIM should not be converted to any other calling network.
For this you have to write user name and password and write the captcha. If you click on the button register an OTP will appear above your mobile number, you have to write that OTP.
Hence your registration will be completed. When your registration is complete, after that you have to log in. To log in, you will write username, password and complete the captcha. Then your ID will be logged in. It has two sections in this.

Applicant Registration (Apply for Overseas Application Loan).
If you want to apply for the Parwaz Card Loan under the Government of Punjab, it is important to understand each section of the online application form. When you log in to the portal, you will see four main sections:
- Personal Details
- Educational Details
- OEP and Job Offer
- Loan and Declaration
Let’s explain each section step by step.
- Personal Details Section
In the Personal Details section, you must fill in:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Marital Status (Married or Single)
At the end of this section, you must upload:
- Front side of your ID card
- Back side of your ID card
- Your signature
Family Information
After personal details, you must enter:
- Mobile number
- Full name
- Mother’s name
then click and save.
2 Educational Details:
- Write your educational qualification clearly
- Describe your professional experience (If Any)
- Upload your CV here.
After that a new question will appear
Do you have a job offer letter to apply for the loan
If your answer is YES then uplad your job offer letter here. However if your answer is NO your CV will sent to Overseas Empolyment Recruiting system.
3 OEP and job offer details:
in this section you must provide:
- How you find this scheme(by ad, using social media etc)
- Name of the country and company you applying for
- Job title and your salary
- Expected date of joining and Contract duration(Number of years) and also
- Passport Number
You must also upload these documents:
- Job offer letter and Passport Copy
- Police clearance certificate and Medical certificate
- Skill certificate
After completing this section click on Save and Continue.
4 Loan and Declaration Section:
At the final step of the Parwaz card loan application process, You will see the loan and declaration option:
- Here you need select amount of loan
- confirm your declaration
Hence your Parwaz Card Application form has been successfuly submitted.
